Swain Family School of Science and Mathematics Faculty Grants

The objective of the Swain Family School of Science and Mathematics Faculty Grants is to encourage and actively support research, presentation and development at The Citadel.

How To Apply 
The Faculty Grant Committee has established deadlines (see the details for each specific grant) for all of its proposals, which are in three categories: Research, New Faculty Research, and Development & Presentation. For publication charges, please see form below. All tenure-track and tenured faculty in the Swain Family School of Science and Mathematics are encouraged to apply for funds. The school's Faculty Grants Committee reviews all Citadel Foundation research proposals, new faculty research proposals, and presentation of research and development proposals shortly after the submission deadline, and evaluates them according to how well they are justified in terms of each program's goals while making recommendations of these proposals for funding to the dean.

Deadlines, forms and other details are accessible under each menu item to the left. Save the form to your hard drive and open it using Microsoft Word or an equivalent program. Save the file in the same format or as a PDF file. Additional documentation can be appended to the file before saving it. The Grants Committee will only review complete documents, so be sure to provide all requested information and documentation.
