Welcome to the home page for the Procurement Services Division at The Citadel.
The Procurement Services Division exists to support The Citadel in all of its materials management needs while always upholding the College’s core values of Honor, Duty, and Respect. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to campus departments, vendors, and the general public when contracting for the purchase of goods and services. As stewards of public funds, we work to deliver quality results that are in compliance with all state laws and regulations governing procurement, while also taking into account sound business practices that are fair, open, and ethical.
